CWI Labs is making a difference by driving innovation in job training and placement, expanding employment opportunity, and bringing discouraged workers, particularly older Americans, into the labor force.
This segment was motivational for me. I learned a lot about the challenges that formerly incarcerated people re-entering the workforce confront, and it helped me develop empathy for the bias and prejudice they face. I worked with long-time collaborator Eric Lake, who designed the layout and created the artwork for me to animate.
